UK delivery

Delivery is £3.95 per order by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available.

We dispatch orders within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels in two to three working days after dispatch. This is an aim, not a guaranteed arrival date; some postcode areas take longer. Dispatch time is additional to the carrier's delivery aim.

Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched.

Help with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@threadsocietyuk.com with your order number so we can help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
